That is the stock in the storage. The exact stock set the previously sold drinks, and calculate the real expense. After that it can be check the invioces, and review the possibly missed drinks.
There is necceassary to check the level of drink in the opened bottle without flow out. So we solve it with a digital balance and a barcode reader with USB and a newest developed program.
